As Trooper Beaver began his traffic stop and spoke with 18 year old King of Batesville, he could smell the odor of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle.

During the investigation, officers located 78 individually packaged baggies, each containing 1 gram of marijuana, in a large glass container.

Officers additionally found a large digital scale, a receipt book, and a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana.
