Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews plan to close S.R. 356 early next week to replace a pipe in Scott County.
road will close to thru traffic from approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, and Wednesday, September 7, weather permitting.
The pipe is located between Kinderhook Road and Emily Jane Road, west of Lexington. Access will be maintained for local residents, school buses and emergency vehicles.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling through active work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
