A Medora man was arrested Sunday morning after police found him with drugs.
Adam Ingle, 34, was charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana under 30 grams, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a handgun without a permit and violation of a protective order.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig Ingles was a passenger in a vehicle stop after it made a wide turn at an intersection.
Craig says the vehicle did not have a license plate and at one point stopped in the middle of the roadway and the driver turned off the headlights.
“The department’s K-9 was called and alerted officers to possible drugs in the vehicle,” Craig says. “Officers recovered drugs, drug paraphernalia and found a handgun in the vehicle.”
