Friday afternoon, trooper Nathan Abbott and Indiana State Police Detective Rachel Eickholtz, searched Apartment #120 located at the Lafayette Square Apartment Complex on 10th Street in Jeffersonville.

The officers searched the residence after complaints had been received of possible illegal activity going on inside of the apartment.

During the search officers located several alleged Marijuana smoking devices. Also located in the apartment was a box containing Marijuana, several plastic baggies and a large digital scale.

Officers placed Raymond “Tommy” Semones, 62, resident of the address searched, under arrest. He was charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Dealing Marijuana Under 30 Grams, Possession Of Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana.

He was incarcerated at the Clark County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
