A man wearing a skull mask and using what may have been a toy gun tried to hold up a Seymour convenience store.
20-year-old Michael Matney of Brownstown was arrested and charged with attempted armed robbery.
The incident happened at 2:27 a.m. Monday at the Circle K store at 601 East Tipton Street.
