On Friday, troopers and detectives from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg executed a search warrant at the address located at 20209 U.S. Highway #31, Henryville, (Clark County). A search was completed on the home and a silver Lincoln passenger car.
During the search officers located alleged Marijuana, alleged Crystal Methamphetamine, Paraphernalia and several different scheduled controlled substances.
Wade C. Roberts, 51, of the above mentioned address, was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine under Three Grams while in Possession of a Firearm, C Felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance, D Felony, (Nine Counts); Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony; Possession of Marijuana under Thirty Grams while Having a Prior Conviction for a Related Offense, D Felony and Possession of Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor.
Wade C. Roberts was incarcerated at the Clark County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
