Monday afternoon, troopers from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg assisted the Washington County Division of Family and Child Services at a residence located at 23216 Daisy Hill Road in Borden. When at the residence troopers executed a search and located a working Methamphetamine Lab, Methamphetamine and precursors used in the production of Methamphetamine.
After the search was complete troopers arrested Forrest G. Jackson, 29, of the above mentioned address, at the scene. He was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, B Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine, D Felony; Possession of a Syringe, D Felony; Possession of Precursors to Produce Methamphetamine, D Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony; Dumping of Methamphetamine Lab Materials, D Felony and Possession of Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor.
Paula McKnight, 33, also from the above address, was also arrested at the scene. She was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, B Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine, D Felony; Possession of Precursors to Produce Methamphetamine, D Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony; Dumping of Methamphetamine Lab Materials, D Felony and Possession of Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor.
This investigation is continuing.
Both subjects arrested were incarcerated at the Clark County Jail.
