After receiving a tip from a concerned citizen Indiana State Police responded to the home of a French Lick man on Wednesday where they found a meth lab in his garage.
Troopers from the Indiana State Police, Orange County Sheriff Deputies, Paoli Police and French Lick officers went to the residence located in the 900 block of South Washington Street in French Lick, Wednesday afternoon.
Kenny Schuley, 50, was arrested on charges of manufacturing meth and possession of drug precursors and taken to the Orange County Jail.
When officers arrived they spoke to Schuley about the information they received and he gave them consent to search the property.
Officers found two plastic buckets in the garage that contained several items used to make meth. Other meth lab materials were found outside of the garage.
Officers would like to thank the citizens of Orange County for all of the tips and information received on this and other cases. Please contact your local Police or Sheriff’s Department if you suspect illegal activity in your area.
