Edith Winslow, age 98 of Salem, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015 at03:01 pm in Salem Crossing. Born February 26, 1917 in Salem, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late James Madison and Cora (Johnson) McKillip.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Nazarene Church and attended the Salem Wesleyan Church.
She married July 11, 1936 to Erman Winslow, who passed away December 9, 1974.
Survivors include: 1 Daughter: Debra Mae Luckey and 1 Son: Carl Winslow, Seymour, Indiana; 1 Sister: Faye Righthouse; 3 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, including Eva Casey and Wanda Floyd of Salem, who cared for her.
Friends are invited to call from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday at the Dawalt Funeral Home. Interment at Mt. Eden Cemetery.
