In March of this year, the Indiana State Police received information that Christopher David Inman, 43, from Clarksville, was allegedly possessing and sharing child pornography pictures.
An investigation was initiated by detective Mary Sanchez from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg. As the investigation progressed, enough information was obtained to apply for and receive a search warrant for the residence of Christopher David Inman out of the Clark County Superior Court 1.
Yesterday at approximately 10 a.m., troopers and detectives from the Indiana State Police executed the search warrant at Christopher David Inman’s residence, located at 913-B Merriam Drive in Clarksville. During the search of the residence officers confiscated laptop computers, cell phones, and digital media cards.
A preliminary search of the devices found alleged child pornography.
Christopher David Inman was not at home when officers first arrived at the residence but showed up later. He was interviewed and placed under arrest.
He was charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Child Exploitation.
Christopher David Inman was incarcerated at the Clark County Jail.
