Mrs. Mary Margaret Nichols age 75 of Pinellas Park, Florida, formerly of Pekin, passed away Monday, August 17 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Mary was born November 2, 1939 in Fredericksburg, Indiana the daughter of Arvil and Eathel Roll McCutcheon. She was a former optician and a member of Fredericksburg Methodist Church.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband: Clyde Nichols Jr. in 1984, a brother: Barry Craig McCutcheon, a sister: Delores Imogene Stout-Zumbaugh and her parents.
She is survived by a son: Clyde Edward “Eddie” Nichols (Jennifer) of Salem, two daughters: Annette Michele Nichols and Elaine Marie Nichols both of Pinellas Park, Florida, 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 24 at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kays Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 4-8PM and Monday from 9AM-time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to be given to a charity of their choice.
