Pekin Clinic Closed; Dr. Ingram Moves to Salem

St. Vincent officials have announced that the St. Vincent Medical Group family medicine physician office of Dr. Kristen Ingram will move to Salem, Ind., effective August 31, 2015. St. Vincent is a member of Ascension, the nation’s largest Catholic and not-for-profit health system.

The building was owned by First Harrison Bank and St. Vincent was the tenant. First Harrison Bank currently has it listed for sale.

The Pekin Clinic opened in 2007 after being constructed on land the hospital purchased from former Washington County Memorial Hospital CEO Rodney Coats.

Dr. Ingram will began seeing patients at the new practice location on August 31 – 1002 N. Shelby St., Ste. 1004, in Salem, Ind.

Dr. Ingram is accepting new patients and offers free get-acquainted visits. Patients who have questions about existing appointments or are interested in scheduling a new appointment should call the practice at its new phone number – (812) 883-9182.

Dr. Ingram, a Washington County native, is a board certified family medicine physician focused on good health and wellness for the entire family. He received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis.

Family practice patients will continue to have access to the comprehensive programs and services, specialists, technologies and compassionate care of St. Vincent.

Patient records will be moved to the new practice location.
