A tip to the Washington County Sheriff’s Department led to the arrest of a Washington County man Tuesday night on Marijuana charges.
According to Deputy Brad Naugle, a tip regarding illegal drug activity was reported Wednesday at 7:25p.
Naugle responded to 10262 South Palmyra Road and asked Richard Collard, 48, for permission to search the property.
Collard agreed and Naugle found marijuana.
Collard was arrested and booked into the Washington County Detention Center on charges of Possession of Marijuana, a Class D Misdemeanor and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
