Maryetta Mae Chamberlain, age 98 of Salem, passed away Monday, March 7, 2016 at 10:00 am, in the Meadow View Health Care Center. Born May 10, 1917 in Orange County, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Emma Estella (Wallace) Chamberlain. Maryetta was a long time resident of Campbellsburg. She was well known there and had knowledge of local families and their history. She is survived by a few distant cousins and special friend, Jo Barnett.
Funeral Service: 2:00 pm Friday at Dawalt Funeral Home.
Visitation: Noon to 2 pm Friday. Interment at Hop Cemetery.
