William Randall Nichols, age 78, of Salem, passed away on March 28, 2016 at Salem Crossing. He was born on October 18, 1937 in Borden, Indiana.
Randall was a retired Security Guard for Clark Security. He was in the Indiana Guard Reserves. He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church. He graduated from Borden High School in 1956.
Survivors include: wife, Sandra Sue (Gray) Nichols of Salem; mother, Audrey May (Smith) Nichols; 3 sons, Hank Aaron Nichols and his wife Leysa, of Bedford, William Randall Nichols Jr. of Mitchell, and Jeffrey Lynn Nichols; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: father, James Harold Nichols.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Friday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
Pastor Linda Watson will officiate.
