The Indiana Department of Transportation plans to close State Road 337 at DePauw next Tuesday (APRIL 12) at 6 a.m. while railroad crews repair the Norfolk Southern rail crossing located 500 feet south of S.R. 64 in Harrison County.

Operations are weather dependent.

S.R. 337 will close nine miles north of S.R. 135.  Motorists can route around the railroad repair via S.R. 135 at Corydon and S.R. 64 at New Salisbury.  Detour signs will be in place.

Officials estimate that railroad crossing repairs could be completed at DePauw by noon Tuesday. When rail crews finish their work, S.R. 337 will reopen to traffic.
