The Washington County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary at the Little Twirl dairy bar in Livonia.
According to Deputy Sheriff Brent Miller, the owners of the business discovered that a break-in had taken place last night when they opened up this morning at 10:30a.
Police are not disclosing details of the burglary or what was taken.
No other incidents were reported in Livonia.
Miller said the burglary occurred sometime between closing at 9p Friday and this morning.
“When they came in this morning they noticed there had been a robbery,” said Miller. “We’re asking for the public’s help. Anybody in the area that noticed anything out of the ordinary last night. If anyone has seen anything or hears anything, please give us a call at 812.883.5999.”
