On September 9, 2016, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office received information of two subjects, that were wanted for escaping from Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and were attempting to elude law enforcement at a residence in Memphis, Indiana.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Indiana State Police arrived on scene at the 10000 block of Stricker Rd., Memphis, Indiana where they located BRYAN L. KAINZ and STEVEN ROBINSON in a vehicle, parked in a driveway of a residence.
KAINZ and ROBINSON were both taken into custody without incident.
The vehicle in which KAINZ and ROBINSON were in possession of was reported stolen out of Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
BRYAN L. KAINZ was charged with Auto Theft and also having an active warrant out of Waukesha County, Wisconsin for Escape and Aggravated Battery.
STEVEN ROBINSON was charged with Auto Theft and also having an active warrant out of Waukesha County Wisconsin for Escape and Dealing Narcotics.
