I-65 Surface Paving This Week Requires Overnight Closures

The Indiana Department of Transportation is closing single lanes on Interstate 65 this week during overnight hours while its contractor places the final surface pavement on either side of the Brownstown Road bridge between mile markers 19.0 and 23.0.

  • Tonight                      Northbound I-65 left lane MM 19.0-23.0
  • Tuesday night          Southbound I-65 right lane MM 23.0-19.0
  • Wednesday night    Northbound I-65 right lane MM 19.0-23.0
  • Thursday night         Northbound I-65 right lane MM 19.0-23.0

Lane closures occur from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.  Operations are weather dependent.]

E & B Paving of Clarksville is the state’s contractor for INDOT’s $12.4 million pavement repair project between State Road 56 and S.R. 160 in Scott and Clark Counties.
