Mary Maxine Hattabaugh, age 89 of Pekin, Indiana passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 11:00 am, in the Meadow View Health Care Center.
Born November 26, 1926 in Pekin, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Ray and Gladys Faye (Turner) Miller.
She was a retired employee of the old Lewebb Industries and former employee of the old Bata Shoe Company. She was a lifetime member of the Big Springs Church Of Christ and had been a life resident of Washington County.
She married Ivan Gordon Hattabaugh, who passed away January 8, 1997.
Survivors include: 4 Daughters: Beverly Campbell and Pamela Blair, Pekin, Candice “Candy” Moore, Universal City, TX and Deena Shawn Howell, New Albany; 3 Sons: Stephen Hattabaugh, Barry Hattabaugh and Lanny Hattabaugh, Salem; 2 Sisters: Wilma Miller and Ilene Purlee, Pekin.
She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 1 brother and 4 sisters.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am Friday at Dawalt Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Goodwin officiating.
Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Thursday and 9 to 11 am Friday.
Interment at Big Springs Cemetery.
