Mary Regina Mummert – Stevens, age 35 of Salem, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016 at 11:38 am, in Norton Hospital Louisville.
Born January 27, 1981 in Monticello, Indiana, she was the daughter of Garry and Sarah (Pearson) Mummert.
She was a Certified Nurse Assistant at Meadow View Health Care Center and had been a resident of Washington County for the past 6 years, formerly of the Monticello, Indiana area.
Survivors include: Son: Bobby Stevens, Jr. and Daughter: Briona Stevens, Salem; Parents: Garry and Sarah Mummert, Salem; Fiancé: Josh Wilkinson, Salem and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by a half brother, John Casey.
Funeral Service: 1:00 pm Friday at Dawalt Funeral Home
Visitation: Noon to 6 pm Thursday and 11 am Friday until the time of the service.
Interment at Saltillo Cemetery.
