Lady Musketeers Defeat Lady Braves, 50-42

The Lady Musketeers Rachel Stewart led all scorers with 17 points.

Eastern also got 12 points from Holly Purlee and 7 points from Isabell Claywell, with Taylor Drury sidelined with an ankle injury early in the first quarter.

The Lady Musketeers jumped out on the Lady Braves quickly leading 17- 6 at the end of the first quarter.

The Lady Braves pushed to get back in the game, but the Lady Musketeers were able to hold them of 50-42.

The Musketeers are now 2-1 in the Mid Southern Conference and overall they are 5-3.
This week the Lady Musketeers will travel Tuesday to Mitchell, Thursday to West Washington, and host Clarksville on Saturday.
