Three People Charged in Double Homicide

Scott County Sheriff Dan McClain announces that three people have been charged with the shooting deaths of Michele Brewer and Jesse Bowling.

The Double Homicide occurred on March 27th, 2016 in Lexington, Indiana.

Sheriff McClain explains that Detectives with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance from Detectives with the Indiana State Police recently presented their findings of the yearlong investigation to the Scott County Prosecutor’s Office which has resulted in numerous counts of Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder charges being filed.

Charged in connection with the homicides are; Roger McIntosh (age 57) of Crothersville Indiana, Phillip McIntosh (age 54) of North Vernon, Indiana and David McIntosh (age 52) of North Vernon, Indiana.

Roger McIntosh has been charged with two counts of Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder, and Obstruction of Justice. In addition to McIntosh’s charges, the State filed notice to seek Life without the Possibility of Parole.

Phillip McIntosh has been charged with two counts of Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder, and Obstruction of Justice. The State also filed notice to seek Life without the Possibility of Parole on Phillip McIntosh.

David McIntosh has been charged with Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Roger McIntosh is currently incarcerated in the Indiana Department of Corrections serving an unrelated prison sentence. Phillip McIntosh and David McIntosh are both currently incarcerated in the Scott County Jail and are both being held without bond.
