Josey Lee Wells, age 36, of Salem, Indiana, passed away on June 23, 2017 at his residence. He was born on June 3, 1981 in Salem, Indiana.
Survivors include his mother & step father, Patricia Renee (Roberts) Hardin & Joseph W. Hardin; grandmother, Barbara L. Vanover; 2 brothers, James R Wells JR & Jeffery Wells; sister, Jessica M. Wells; 2 step brothers, Travis W. Hardin & Joey E. Hardin; step sister, Stacey J. Hardin; aunt & uncle, Randy & Teena Balentine; 4 nieces Nevaeh E. Wells, Evelyn J. Wells, Amelia I.R. Wells, & Kylie M. Lloyd; 3 nephews, Zachariah T. Wells, Kayden M Lloyd, & Gabriel J. Lloyd; best buddies Tony Boes, Shane Hargis, & Justin Gray.
Preceded in death by his father, James R. Wells.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Friday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Pekin. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Franklin Cemetery.
