Norma Jean Ingram, age 90 of Salem, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017, in Salem Crossing.
Born April 19, 1927 in Salem, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Opal Ray and Carrie Marquerite (Pennington) Chastain.
She was a former employee of the old Traveler Radio Corporation in Orleans, was a member of the Walnut Grove Christian Church and had been a life resident of Washington County.
Jean married on July 2, 1949 to Donald E. Ingram, who passed away January 17, 2016. Survivors include: 2 Sons: Roger K. (Elizabeth) Ingram, Mitchell and Larry D. (Janis) Ingram, Salem; 1 Sister: Ilene Bowman, Godfrey, Illinois; 5 grandchildren 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. She was preceded in death by 1 grandson.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am Tuesday at Dawalt Funeral Home.
Visitation: 9 am until the time of the service on Tuesday.
Interment at Crown Hill Cemetery.
