Ron Clark of Salem, Indiana passed away August 29th 2018 in his residence.
Born December 23, 1949 in Columbus, Indiana, he was the son of Joe R. Clark and Joan (Roberts) Clark.
On September 3, 1971 he married Vicki (Nicholson) Clark. They were married for almost 48 years.
Ron was a life resident of Washington County, a graduate of Salem high school Class of 1968, a veteran of the Vietnam war and attended the First Christian Church of Salem.
He was an employee of the old Smith Cabinet Factory in Salem, a former employee of John Jones Auto Group and Lucas Oil Products, Inc. He was also a member of the Random Ryders Car Club and loved working on his hotrods.

Daughter: Amanda Jo Chastain (Tyson) of Salem;
Brother: Jan Clark (Christy) of Bloomington;
Aunt: Billie Joe Haven of Danville, Indiana;
Grandson: Alex Clark of Greenville;
Granddaughters:
Addison Bundy of Salem;
Payslea Chastain of Salem;
Abigail Clark of Greenville.
He was preceded in death by his parents
Visitation 4 to 8 pm Friday, August 31 and 8 to 9 am Saturday at Dawalt Funeral Home
Funeral Service: 9:00 am Saturday, September 1st at Dawalt Funeral Home with Mike Motsinger and Terry Crockett officiating.
Interment and Committal service will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery in Salem.
