Salem Man Arrested for Dealing Meth

Tuesday, March 26, 2019, Indiana State Police Troopers Kyle Taylor and Brett Walters received information Clay Ingram, 31, Salem, Indiana was possibly in the process of delivering methamphetamine to an address in Salem.

As a result of the information and their subsequent investigation, officers stopped Ingram on Anson Street near Parkview Drive which is located near Salem Community Park.

Ingram was found to be in possession of approximately 1 gram of suspected methamphetamine and a syringe.

Clay Ingram was arrested and incarcerated at the Washington County Jail for the following: Dealing in Methamphetamine – Level 4 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine – Level 6 Felony, and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe – Level 6 Felony. 

Troopers were assisted by officers from the Washington County Drug Team.
