An Evansville man was arrested for drinking and driving while transporting his two-year-old child.
Arrested and Charged was Christopher Fowler, 26, Evansville, IN
- Driving While Intoxicated with a Passenger less than 18 years of age, Class 6 Felony
- Neglect of a Dependent, Class 6 Felony
- Driving While Intoxicated, Class A Misdemeanor
Yesterday afternoon at approximately 1:20, Fowler was stopped for driving erratic near North Governor and East Columbia.
Further investigation revealed Fowler was intoxicated and had a blood alcohol content of .14%.
Fowler’s two-year-old daughter was also in the vehicle.
He was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail where he is currently being held without bond.
The two-year-old was released to her mother.
