On September 2, 2020, First Sergeant John Hartman went to an address in rural Scott County in an attempt to serve an outstanding arrest warrant.
Upon arrival Andrew Hardin, 32, of Lexington, IN, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for Theft Greater than $750 but less than $50,000.
This arrest warrant stemmed from an investigation by First Sergeant Hartman of stolen tools from the City of Scottsburg that were recovered by the Scott County Sheriff’s Office.
