Laura J. (Linton) Whitlock, 59, of New Salisbury, Indiana died on November 13, 2020, at her residence.
She was born on July 11, 1961, in Corydon, Indiana to Donald G. Linton and the late Juanita Sue (Wyman) Linton.
She was a teacher’s aide for North Harrison Elementary School for over 25 years. She was a loving wife, mother, and daughter. She was of the Christian faith.
She is survived by her husband, James A. Whitlock; her father, Donnie G. Linton of Marengo, Indiana; sons: Shawn E. Whitlock (Mollee) of New Salisbury, Indiana and their children; Jakeb, Jaden, and Journee Whitlock and Steffen C. Whitlock (Kayla) of Salem, Indiana and their children: Elayna and Olivia Whitlock; a brother, David Linton of Hardinsburg, Indiana; and a sister, Cathy Mills of Milltown, Indiana.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana. Interment will follow in the El Bethel Cemetery near Milltown, Indiana.
Visitation will be on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 4-8 pm and after 9:00 am until time of the service at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, all at the funeral home.
Bro. Bruce Hawkins will officiate the service.
