Larry L. Blake, age 71 of Hagerstown, Indiana passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021, in Reid Health at Richmond, Indiana.
Born April 28, 1949, in Batesville, Indiana, he was the son of the late Loren and Anna (Allen), Blake.
He retired from ERL Commercial Marine INC. in 2005 New Albany, was a former employee of Jeff Boat in Jeffersonville, and served in the U.S. Army Reserve. He had been a resident of Hagerstown for the past 7 years, formerly of Scottsburg and Salem, and was a 1968 graduate of Salem High School.
Survivors include 2 Sons: Jeremy (Erin) Blake of Scottsburg and Elijah Blake of Hagerstown; 2 Brothers: Barry and Garry Blake; 2 Sisters: Deena Redelman and Patricia Stephens and 2 granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
A visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 to 4 pm at Dawalt Funeral Home, followed by cremation.
