Randy Wayne Blevins, age 58 of Salem, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021, in Schneck Medical Center Seymour.
Born April 4, 1962, in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Jill and Patricia (Williams), Blevins.
He was a self-employed lawn care worker, a member of the Full Gospel Outreach Center, and had been a life resident of Washington County.
Survivors include 1 Sister: Peggy M. Blevins and 1 Brother: John M. Blevins, both of Salem.
Randy was a lifelong Salem Lions fan and he attended basketball and football games with his brother and didn’t miss many games.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister: Ruby Allen.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am Wednesday at Dawalt Funeral Home, followed by interment in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Tuesday and 9 am until the time of the service on Wednesday.
