The Washington County Goat Association and Washington County Fair Board are
hosting an Open Goat Show on Sunday, June 6 at the Washington County
Fairgrounds Livestock Pavilion.
There will be classes for both dairy and meat breeds of goats including breeding
does, market does, market wethers, and showmanship.
Goats may start arriving at 8:00 a.m.
Weigh-in will be from 8:00-10:00 a.m.
The Wash. Co. 4-H Goat Club will present a showmanship demonstration at 10:30 a.m. for anyone interested.
The show will start at 12:00 p.m. with dairy goat showmanship classes.

The Goat Association will be selling concessions and Wash. Co. 4-H Jr.
Leaders will also be selling ice cream.
