The bridge rehabilitation project on S.R. 135 near Vallonia has been delayed.
A new start date has not been set at this time.
The bridge over Half Mile Creek in Jackson County was originally scheduled to close for up to 75 days on or after Monday, June 7, for a deck overlay project.
This would have closed access to a large portion of SR 135 for the summer, during a peak production period for local farmers.
