The CDC and FDA have approved the COVID vaccine for ages 5 – 11 and the Floyd County Health Department is announcing its initial clinic dates for this program.
There are two clinics at the Silver Street Park, 2043 Silver Street, New Albany, Indiana
Saturday, November 6 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Monday, November 15 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
There are two clinics at IUS in their University Center.
Wednesday, November 10 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday, November 13 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The Floyd County Health Department will be scheduling COVID vaccinations at its facility at 1917 Bono Road, New Albany, Indiana.
