Jack Collier, age 79, of Salem passed away Thursday, December 22 at his home.
Collier was born July 5, 1943, in Kentucky the son of Has and Mary Collier. He was a retired employee of Washington County Memorial Hospital.
Jack is survived by his wife of 58 years: Betty Newsome Collier. He is also survived by two brothers: Elmer Collier of Texas and Johnny Collier of Kentucky, three sisters: Geneva of Florida, Sharon and Phyllis both of Indiana, two grandsons: Joshua and Jacob Collier and a daughter-in-law: Loretta Burris (Randy). He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons: Kenneth Ray Collier and Dennis Collier, and a brother: Creed Collier.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM at Weathers Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday from 10AM-time of service.
