Jack Nevitt, 52, of St. Croix, Indiana, passed from this life on February 18, 2024 at the home of his son, Cody Nevitt. Jack was born on October 13, 1971 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Francis Leo Nevitt and Zona Marie (Bird) Roberts.
Jack worked as a tree trimmer for most of his life and had worked for Dave Ruhe and Abe Schwartz. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Surviving are his children, Cody Nevitt (Ally) of Corydon, Indiana and Tiana Lee (Brandon) of Louisville, Kentucky; grandchildren: Conner and Averi Nevitt and Collin and Madalynn Lee; and siblings, Kim Delaney of Miami, Florida, Robert Nevitt (Melanie) of Marengo, Indiana and Joanna Pauley of Kingsport, Tennessee.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother, Leo Nevitt.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Brown Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Branchville-Walker Cemetery in Perry County, Indiana.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 4-8 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. until time of the service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, all at the funeral home.
Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana is entrusted with the arrangements.
