Drug Bust Nets Six from Jennings County

In the evening hours of January 7th, 2025, Jennings County Deputies received information of possible drug activity at an address on Buckingham Drive in Country Squire Lakes.
 
After gathering all information, K9 Sergeant John Amis applied for and was granted a search warrant for the address through the Jennings County Circuit Court.
 
In the early morning hours of January 8th, 2025, Jennings County Deputies along with North Vernon Police Officers arrived at the address to execute the search warrant.
 
The team of law enforcement officers forced entry into the residence after making several loud verbal commands to individuals inside.
 
Six individuals in total were located inside of the residence and were detained.
 
Law Enforcement located Prescription Pills, Methamphetamine, Marijuana, multiple syringes along with a large amount of other drug paraphernalia.
 
All six individuals were ultimately arrested and remanded over to jail staff on the following preliminary charges:
