The Oolitic Town Hall and the Clerk-Treasures Office will be closed Tuesday for Election Day.
The office will reopen on Wednesday at 8 a.m.
Although no offices are up for election this year, the closing is consistent with the town’s practice of closing on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, which in three out of every four years in Indiana is election day and many government offices typically are closed.
