The Indiana State Police and Scott County Police are looking for Earl E. Hawkins, a 43-year-old male who fled the scene of a domestic dispute this morning. He is wanted for two Felony counts of Child molestation.
According to the ISP description of Hawkins, he has short red hair, is approximately 5’2″ tall and weighs about 170 and has tattoos.

The Scottsburg City Police Department was dispatched to 783 Belleview Street in Scottsburg reference a suicidal male with a handgun at 10:16 AM this morning.
Upon arrival, officers were advised of a domestic dispute over child molestation and Earl E. Hawkins was inside with a small caliber handgun.
Officers set up a perimeter and attempted to make contact with Hawkins, but were unsuccessful.
Indiana State Police Emergency Response Team responded to the scene and made entry into the residence at approximately 3:35 PM, but the suspect had fled the scene before initial units arrived.
Hawkins is wanted on one count of Class A felony of child molestation and one count Class C Felony child molestation.
