In celebration of Holiday World’s upcoming 70th Birthday Season, the park plans to create a Memories Mosaic by crowdsourcing thousands of photos.
Park president Matt Eckert says the public is invited to submit their family photos from Santa Claus Land and Holiday World by March 11.
“For our Memories Mosaic, we need to crowdsource 7,000 photos from throughout our 70-year history,” says Eckert. “Our mosaic will be on display all season in our 70th Birthday Plaza. We hope families will enjoy sharing their photos – and their memories – with us.”
Instructions for submitting digital photos in a variety of ways are available on the Holiday World website, at HolidayWorld.com/Memories. The park plans to create a video using the crowdsourced photos, too.
Holiday World’s 70th Birthday Plaza will also feature a display of the park’s original ride, The Freedom Train, which was retired three years ago.
