St.Vincent Salem Hospital and Purdue Extension Washington and Lawrence Counties
will offer FREE Dining with Diabetes Diabetic Education and Cooking School on Wednesday mornings during the month of November.
This class will target persons with Type 2 Diabetes and/or their caregivers. It will focus on creating healthy meal plans and provide information and motivation to adopt positive lifestyle changes.

Dishes with Fruits and Vegetables
The classes will be held on November 15, 22, 29 and December 6 from 10 a.m. – Noon in
St.Vincent Salem Hospital’s Classroom. Class size is limited and registration is required by
November 8.
