Jon S. Weir, age 75 of Mooresville, Indiana passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021, in his residence.
Born March 5, 1946, in Scottsburg, Indiana, he was the son of the late Hobart S. and Esther L. (Stout) Weir.
He had been a resident of Morgan County since 1970, formerly of Salem, was a 1964 graduate of Salem High School, and graduated in 1969 from Purdue University with a Master’s in Education.
He was a retired teacher with the Plainfield Community School System, retiring in 1993.
On June 19, 1965, he married Donna (Wilson) Weir, who survives along with a daughter, Tamara Harrington.
He was preceded in death by 1 sister: Marylin Wyman.
