Gary Douglas Combs age 70 of Campbellsburg passed away on 7/1/24 at his home. He was a retired long haul truck driver. Doug was born 5/4/54 to Henry and Lottie (Stidham) Combs.
He is survived by daughters Tammy Lynn Combs and Pamela Sue Johnson, grandson Nathan Lee Middleton, and sisters Judy Miller and Sandra Wells as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Sue Combs, daughter Amanda Gail Combs, brothers Oscar, John (Ish), Emmett, and Kenneth Combs, and sisters Allene Murphy, Murlena Koroll, Omeda Beswick, Patricia Free, Bonnie Borradaile, Polly Hilgeman, and Pauline Combs.
Cremation was chosen and a memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was entrusted with funeral care.
