At around 1:00 pm, a trooper from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg stopped to check on a vehicle parked partially in the road at the intersection of Church Street and Rice Street in Austin.
The driver, Brian Bixler, 41, from Scottsburg, IN, was acting suspicious so the trooper investigated further and located suspected Methamphetamine on Brian Bixler.
He was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and incarcerated at the Scott County Jail.
