Lee Coombs, age 90 of Salem, Indiana passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 at 4:00 am, at 703 Highland Drive in Salem.
Born July 29, 1931 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Robert Phillip Coombs and Anice Belle (Nichols) Coombs.
May 10, 1953, he married Nina Lea (Martin) Coombs, who passed away November 18, 2007.
He was a Life resident of Washington County and was a member of the Canton Christian Church.
He was a retired employee of the old Farmers Citizens Bank in Salem after 30 years.
Survivors include:
Son: Mark (Johnetta) Coombs of Salem, Indiana;
Granddaughter: Megan (Zeb) Stewart of Salem, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Eileen Garriott and brother, Robert Paul Coombs.
Funeral Service will be at noon Thursday at the Dawalt Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Martin officiating.
Interment at Mt. Eden Cemetery near Scottsburg, Indiana.
Visitation: 9am to Noon Thursday at Dawalt Funeral Home.
