Clark County Sheriff’s Office arrest 1 Southern Indiana man on May 28th, 2026 on multiple charges of possession of Child Sex Abuse Material and Child Exploitation, following several cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
In February of 2025, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit launched an investigation after receiving several cyber tips from NCMEC, indicating a specific Verizon subscriber account was potentially being used to access data that is Child Sex Abuse Material (CSAM) images and videos.
After further investigation, Detectives obtained search warrants for the Charlestown residence.
On May 28th, 2026, Detectives with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Jeffersonville Police
Department, Indiana State Police and the Scott County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at the residence in Charlestown, seizing digital devices and other items of evidence.
After initial examination of the seized evidence, Jorge David Rodriguez, a 49-year-old man from Charlestown, was arrested for 1 count of Child Exploitation and 9 counts of Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material, level 5 felonies.

investigation.
The Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is a multiagency task force that investigates and prosecutes persons who use the internet to sexually exploit or entice children, and the Indiana State Police oversees the task force.
