Wynema Lou Callahan, age 84 of Salem, Indiana passed away Sunday, October 25, 2026 at the Beehive in Scottsburg, Indiana.
Born February 11, 1942 in Salem, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ruby (Kelly) Nicholson.
She was the retired owner of the old Suburban Styles and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Salem. Wynema had been a life resident of Washington County and was a 1960 graduate of Salem High School.
On September 2, 1961 she married Harold R. (Ronnie) Callahan, who passed away February 7, 2021.
Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Whitney (Mark) Richardson of Brownsburg, Indiana and Amy (John Zelivetz) Brown of Fredericksburg, Indiana, 1 Sister: Nowana Schroeder of Bloomington, Indiana, 3 grandchildren and 5
great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 1 brother: Basil Nicholson and 1 sister: Virginia McClure Zink.
